Counseling vs. Coaching

Counseling is a clinical service that addresses mental health symptoms, emotional distress, trauma, and relational concerns. Coaching is non-clinical and future-focused, helping people clarify goals, strengthen accountability, and pursue personal and spiritual growth.

Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment or emergency care.

Financial accessibility

Sliding Scale

We believe financial constraints should not stand in the way of a person’s well-being. To support our community, we offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on financial need. These spots are subject to availability and are intended for those who may not be able to afford our standard fees.

Scholarships may also be available periodically, depending on funding from our community project. If you require a reduced rate, please mention this during your initial evaluation so we can discuss options that may fit your budget.

Community Funding Project

A portion of all proceeds will support individuals and families in need, allowing every service provided through Thrive Point Ministries to make a difference beyond the people we directly serve.
